Most photos taken on a modern smartphone (iPhone or Android from 2018 onwards) will print beautifully up to A2. We check every photo before printing — if your image won't print well at the size you've chosen, we'll let you know before we start.

Yes — WhatsApp your photo directly to 067 167 8451. One important note: WhatsApp compresses images when you send them normally. To avoid quality loss, when sending on WhatsApp choose "Document" instead of "Photo" — this sends the original full-resolution file without compression.

Yes, we print from scanned photos. For the best result, scan at 600 DPI or higher. Many print shops, pharmacies (like Clicks and Dischem), and libraries offer scanning services if you don't have a scanner at home. Send us the scanned file as a document on WhatsApp and we'll advise on the best size for your image.

Yes. For larger or more complex orders we can send a digital proof via WhatsApp so you can confirm the crop and layout before we print. For standard single-canvas orders where the image is clear and well-framed, we'll flag any concerns and proceed unless you'd prefer to see a proof first — just ask.

We can make basic adjustments like brightness, contrast, and minor cropping. For significant edits — removing people from a photo, changing backgrounds, or major retouching — we'd recommend using a professional photo editor first. We're printers, not designers, but we'll always be honest with you about what will and won't look good.

It's simple — everything goes through WhatsApp:

We accept EFT (bank transfer) and cash on collection. For EFT orders, we send you our banking details via WhatsApp once you've confirmed your order. We start printing once payment reflects. For cash, you pay when you collect.

Absolutely — gift orders are a big part of what we do. We can arrange for the recipient to collect (just give us their name), or we can arrange delivery directly to their address. We can also wrap the canvas if needed. Just let us know when you order and we'll make sure it's handled right.

Yes — custom sizes are one of our specialities. Many of our competitors only do standard A-sizes. We can print any rectangular or square dimension you need. Just WhatsApp us your exact measurements (width × height in mm or cm) and we'll quote you within minutes.

A good rule of thumb: your canvas should fill about two-thirds of the wall space you're putting it on. For a typical lounge feature wall (around 2m wide), an A1 or A0 works well. For above a couch or bed headboard, A2 or A1 is popular. For desk or shelf display, A4 or A5 is ideal.

We print on 280gsm poly-cotton canvas — the same material used in professional art galleries. It's stretched over a solid wooden frame (not the cheap hollow staple frames you'll find elsewhere) and gallery-wrapped so the image wraps neatly around the edges. The result is a ready-to-hang piece that looks professional and lasts for decades.

We use eco-solvent inks which are UV-resistant and rated to last 75+ years indoors without noticeable fading. They're also better for the environment than standard solvent inks. The colours are vibrant, true to your original photo, and built to stay that way.

Gallery wrapping means the printed canvas is pulled tightly around the wooden frame — the image continues around the sides (typically 25–38mm deep) so there's no bare canvas border visible from the front or sides. The result is a clean, frameless look that hangs directly on the wall without needing any additional framing. All our canvases are gallery-wrapped and include hanging hardware.

If there's a quality fault on our side — a print error, a defect in the canvas, a damaged frame — we'll reprint it at no charge. We photograph every finished canvas before it leaves us so we have a record. If you're unhappy for any other reason, talk to us — we'll always try to find a fair resolution. Your satisfaction matters to us more than a single sale.

Most orders are ready within 3–4 days from when payment confirms. Tight deadline? Let us know upfront — we accommodate urgent orders where possible. We'll always be honest if we can't meet a deadline rather than rush and deliver poor quality.

Collections are from 11 South Avenue, Gleemoor, Cape Town. We're available Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00. We'll WhatsApp you when your canvas is ready and confirm a collection time. Parking is available on-site.

Yes, we can arrange delivery within Cape Town. Delivery cost and timing depends on your area — WhatsApp us your address when you order and we'll confirm the delivery fee. For outlying areas or other provinces, we can courier via a trusted service.
